The elected Board of Directors consists of the officers (president, president-elect, immediate past president, treasurer) and 11 at-large directors elected in a contested election by the ÀÖ²©´«Ã½membership, as well as ACA’s CEO who serves as the board’s secretary. This is the governing body of ACA, which has fiduciary responsibility to oversee the strategic direction and overall management of the association. The board is charged with the development and oversight of ACA’s vision and mission. It provides the foundation for the operations of the association and the counseling profession.
